Consumer Rights, Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund Conditions

General Provisions

Orders placed through www.noorvien.com are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation.

Customers who place an order through our website are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented before completing their orders.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the cargo company depending on stock availability and operational processes.

NoorVien reserves the right to inform the customer about out-of-stock or unprocurable products and to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can send your cancellation request to info@noorvien.com.

Once the order has been handed over to cargo, cancellation cannot be performed. In this case, the return procedure will be applied after the product is received.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the purchased product.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

Unused,
Unwashed,
Undamaged,
Sent with their original packaging,
With all product labels still attached,
In a resalable condition.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, the product should be sent to us.

After the product reaches us and necessary checks are made, the return process will be initiated.

For approved returns, the product fee will be refunded to the customer within the legal period via the payment method used for the original purchase.

Depending on bank processing times, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If damage is observed in the package during delivery, a report must be prepared with the cargo official before receiving the product.

For products that are defective due to manufacturing or incorrectly shipped, all inspection and exchange processes are managed by NoorVien.

Campaign and Discounted Products

The legal right of withdrawal also applies to products purchased under a campaign.

However, for returns made in multi-product campaigns, if the campaign conditions are violated, the campaign discount may be recalculated.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

By legal regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

Products produced specifically for the customer or personalized
Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Used, washed, or damaged products
Products with opened protective packaging and not suitable for resale
Products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests

Force Majeure

Delays in deliveries may occur due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, official authority decisions, and similar events.

In such cases, our customers will be duly informed.
