Article 1 – Subject
This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the CUSTOMER in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, prior to the Distance Sales Agreement to be established between NoorVien ("SELLER") and the customer ("CUSTOMER") who places an order via the website.
The CUSTOMER agrees that they have read, understood, and electronically approved this Pre-Information Form before completing their order.

The main features of the products are provided on their respective product pages.
Prices specified on the Website are sales prices including VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Article 5 – Delivery and Shipping
Orders begin to be prepared after payment confirmation.
Products are prepared based on stock availability and operational processes and then handed over to the shipping company.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery time cannot legally exceed 30 days under any circumstances.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, official procedures, or shipping-related delays.
Article 6 – Payment
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods offered on the Website.
An order is not considered placed until the payment process is complete.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the following email address:
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be:

Unused,

Unwashed,

Undamaged,

With labels still attached,

In a re-saleable condition.
Returns of products that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
After the returned product reaches us and the necessary checks are completed, the product price will be refunded through the payment method used within the legal periods.
Depending on bank processing times, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Article 9 – Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products as per legislation:

Products custom-made or personalized for the customer

Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Used or damaged products
-
Products with opened protective packaging and not in a resalable condition

Products prepared in line with the consumer's special request
Article 10 – Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this Pre-Information Form, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the T.C. Ministry of Trade.
The CUSTOMER may submit their complaints and objections to the authorized Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
The CUSTOMER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Pre-Information Form by completing their order.
