ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the www.noorvien.com website.
This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the products, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, right of withdrawal, and return conditions before placing an order.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices specified on the Website are sales prices including taxes.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT
Payment transactions can be made by credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods offered on the Website.
An order is not considered to be created until payment is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.

The delivery period cannot exceed 30 days legally under any circumstances.
Products are sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order.
ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER accepts that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the products, sales price, payment methods, and delivery conditions before placing an order.
The SELLER agrees to deliver the ordered products completely, without defects, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
In case of stock unavailability or inability to supply the product, the SELLER will inform the BUYER and refund the collected amount within the legal period.
In case of delivery delays due to force majeure, the BUYER will be informed.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the following address:

Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be:

Unused,

Unwashed,

Undamaged,

With labels not removed,

In a re-saleable condition
Return shipping costs are evaluated within the scope of relevant legislation and current return policy.
ARTICLE 8 – RETURN AND REFUND
After the returned product reaches us, necessary checks will be carried out.
If the return conditions are met, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER via the payment method used within the legal period.
Depending on the processes of banks and payment institutions, it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in the account.
ARTICLE 9 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
By law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Products prepared specifically for an individual

Products manufactured according to special measurements or special requests

Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Used or damaged products
-
Products whose protective packaging has been opened and are no longer suitable for resale
ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE
Delays in delivery and service processes may occur due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, official authority decisions, internet infrastructure problems, and similar events.
In such cases, the SELLER does not assume responsibility but informs the BUYER within a reasonable period.
ARTICLE 11 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
The BUYER may submit their complaints and objections to the competent authorities in their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
ARTICLE 12 – EFFECTIVENESS
By completing their order via www.noorvien.com, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
